AO. SHIMIOU 3800

Reverse osmosis unit incl. high pressure pump for producing up to 3800 litres of purified water per day.

The AO.SHIMIOU 3800 quickly and effectively filters up to 99% of salts, bacteria and pollutants (such as nitrate, phosphate and heavy metals) from tap water, making it safe for use in any saltwater or freshwater aquarium and many other applications.

AO.SHIMIOU 3800 achieves a water yield of up to 1:1 and contains only natural filter materials without chemical additives. Thanks to the accessories included in the shipment, it can be connected to standard household waterpipes. 
First, the tap water passes through a fine filter (1 micro pore in width) and a carbon filter and is pre-filtered. It then passes through an ultrafine special membrane (0.0001 micron), which only allows through the smallest water molecules and thus filters out up to 99% of the pollutants. Finally, the water passes through a second carbon filter.

PP Fine filter:     Filters dirt particles and impurities such as rust and sand out of the water.
C1 Carbon filter: Filters odours, discolourations, chlorine, herbicides, pesticides and drug residues from the water.
C2 Carbon filter: Filters chlorine, herbicides, pesticides and drug residues from the water.
RO Membrane:   Filters pollutants, salts, heavy metals, pesticides and bacteria from the water.
