Magnetic bearings – for absolutely quiet operation
The pump is mounted on magnetic bearings. This minimizes vibration, friction, and noise and prevents humming noises that can occur with conventional bearings.

Completely axle-free – for uncompromising reliability
The pump completely dispenses with traditional drive solutions: no ceramic axle, no metal axle. Thanks to magnetic bearings, a central wear point is eliminated. Furthermore, there are no metal parts in the entire water contact area. This ensures robust, long-lasting, and trouble-free operation.

Easy to clean – well thought out installation
The pump is firmly fitted on the outside of the housing, allowing the entire skimmer and pump to be removed with a single manipulation. Despite its external location, the pump remains compactly integrated and accessible without tools. No loose tubes, no vibrating attachments – just a robust, enclosed system.

The DOC Skimmer is fully integrated into the digital TUNZE® HUB ecosystem: cloud control, daily profiles, food timer – everything is possible. At the same time, the skimmer can also be operated completely offline – directly by the buttons on the controller. Smart operation – but never mandatory.
