Acanthurus sohal
Acanthurus sohal, commonly known as the Sohal surgeonfish, is a medium-large surgeonfish which needs plenty of swimming space and clean water to thrive. It is quite aggressive towards other fish, especially other tangs and food competitors, but with his beautiful stripes it is no wonder many people love to have it in their tank.
Like other tangs, it will eat meaty foods, but it's important to make sure it can graze on algae/seaweed the entire day like it does in nature, to make sure it will stay healthy. So feed flakes/pellets multiple times a day and make sure there is always seaweed available.
