Acanthurus coeruleus

Acanthurus coeruleus, commonly known as the Blue surgeonfish, is a large (in our eyes) underrated surgeonfish. When young they are bright yellow with a light blue eye and rim around the anal and dorsal fin. When mature they become beautiful marine blue with the light blue rim around the fins remaining. It needs plenty of swimming space and clean water to thrive, but with these criteria met, this fish will be one of the most amazing tangs.
