The foamer designed by Vertex has a preformed body (cone shelf). In this way the water moves like a vortex, the air bubbles rotate longer and get there due to a longer contact time with the water and the proteins. The foamer can be opened at the bottom for maintenance and cleaning, using titanium screws.
