POWER PHOS

Adsorber granulate against phosphate and silicate

Fauna Marin Power Phos is an adsorber granulate based on iron hydroxide, which safely removes phosphates and silicates from the aquarium water cycle.

• Power Phos firmly binds pollutants to its surface and does not release them again
• With Power Phos, the nutrient content of the aquarium can be kept very low
• Unwanted algae growth is effectively prevented
• Corals can develop their natural colors
• Power Phos is ready to use as it is already pre-washed

Dosage:

• 100 ml of Power Phos for 300 liters of water
• After 5 days, you can increase the amount to up to 150 ml per 300 liters of water

Dosage instructions:

• Regularly check the PO4 content, e.g., with our PO4 Test Kit
• It is not advisable to use Power Phos at the lowest PO4 levels
• If the PO4 content rises again, replace Power Phos with fresh material
• Do not use more than 200 ml per 300 liters of water
• We recommend placing the material between two layers of filter wool, a filter bag, or in a fluidized bed filter. This allows it to achieve its best effect
• Power Phos is suitable for both freshwater and saltwater
• The material may warm up in the water
• A red coloration of the water caused by fine particles is normal and disappears within a short time. This discoloration is harmless
• Power Phos should not be washed out

• Keep out of reach of children!
• Avoid contact with eyes! In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
• Wash hands after use.

• Only intended for use in marine aquariums

Disposal:

• The empty container can be disposed of via household waste or at recycling collection points.
