Device for automatic, hydromechanical cleaning in foam pipes and now also in foam pot lids of protein skimmers.
By using our wet mechanical system, using natural water, the absorbance of your skimmer is almost constantly efficient. The unpleasant manual cleaning can be neglected for many weeks.
Our performance optimized new foam top cleaner fits most cylindrical skimmer pots. The assembly is possible without any modifications to the skimmer. The original lid of your skimmer pot is replaced with the SkimClean HELIX lid, the vertical wiper mechanism is adjusted to your foam tube diameter, time control is programmed and your new cleaning system is ready for use. We recommend 2 cleaning intervals per day for the period of 10-20 sec.

The self-priming rotary pump, now with double nozzle, greatly supports the simultaneous mechanical cleaning process. So deposited Absorbatreste be solved very effectively and damp / mechanically eliminated. A consistent surface tension due to the use of own water allows an uninterrupted and highly effective skimming process.
All components are made of high quality materials on our own CNC production machines and hand assembled.

This ring purge line removes deposits on the outer contact tube and dilutes the contents of the foam pot. The ring purge line (connection diameter 6mm) requires a water source, such as a connection to the sewerage system of the osmosis system. The pot should have an outlet and be connected to a waste water connection. If required, the ring purge line can also be retrofitted in our factory later.
