Coarse Aragonite

Aragonite is a versatile renewable resource that offers a number of advantages over standard mined ground calcium carbonate (GCC). GCC is not a renewable resource and has a different morphological structure from Oolitic aragonite. The unique structure of Oolitic aragonite offers it many advantages, such as a larger surface area, a high negative zeta potential and a high bioavailability of calcium.

Bahamian sand is rough, naturally renewable Oolitic aragonite sand containing up to 98% pure calcium carbonate.
The grains of coarse are coarse and about 1-2 mm. It is tasteless, odorless, dust-free and durable.
