Taking pictures of a saltwater aquarium can be difficult due to the large amount of blue used in modern aquarium lighting. If you want to capture an image with true color, you usually have to temporarily change the lighting spectrum and play with the camera settings. With this handy clip-on lens, the high level of blue light is filtered out, so you can take pictures with the full colors of the aquarium without having to change the light or camera settings.

The Gen 2 single lens uses a combined CPL (Circular Polarizing Lens) filter, which gives better color rendering at both 15K and 20K spectrums compared to the original and is more representative of what the eye sees when viewing the aquarium . This fantastic little device is easy to use and gives great results.

The Gen 2 has a large round opening for the camera lenses, this was a narrow slot on the gen1. Which means it's suitable for more phones.
