HI702-11 Details:

The Copper High Range Checker® HC Calibration Check Set – HI-702-11 provides a simple solution to validating the Copper High Range Checker® HC – HI-702. This high-quality set of standards is supplied with a Certificate of Analysis.

Hanna optional Checker HC Calibration Sets provide a simple solution to validating your Checker HC. Each high quality set of standards is manufactured in our state-of-the-art facility and comes supplied with a Certificate of Analysis. The certificate of Analysis provides the lot number, reference values and expiry date to provide traceability when certifying the Checker HC.

HI-702-11 is a high-quality set of calibration standards that allows users to validate the Copper High Range Checker®HC – HI-702. The HI-702-11 includes one sealed cuvette for zero ppm copper and one cuvette that is tinted to an equivalent 2.00 ± 0.10 ppm copper sample @ 25°C. The calibration check set is produced using reagent grade chemicals in a temperature controlled environment.

HI702-25 Details:

The HI-702-25 are the replacement reagents for the HI-702 Copper High Range Checker®HC. These high-quality reagents are clearly marked with the lot number and expiry date on each packet for traceability.

This 25 pack of reagents is for use with the HI-702 Copper high range pocket checker.

The HI-702-25 are high-quality reagents that are pre-measured, allowing for users to achieve fast and accurate measurements with their Copper High Range Checker® HC. These reagents follow the Bicinchoninate Method in which the reaction between copper and the reagent causes a purple tint in the sample. By simply adding the packet of HI-702-25 reagent to the sample, the reaction will take place and the HI-702 will determine the concentration from the colour that is produced. The results will be displayed in ppm of copper. These reagents are designed to be used with samples that have an expected range of 0.00 to 5.00 ppm copper.

Tip for an accurate measurement

It is important that the sample does not contain any debris.

Whenever the cuvette is placed into the measurement cell, it must be dry outside and completely free of fingerprints, oil or dirt. Wipe it thoroughly with HI-731318 or a lint-free cloth prior to insertion.

Shaking the cuvette can generate bubbles, causing higher readings. To obtain accurate measurements, remove such bubbles by swirling or by gently tapping the cuvette.

Do not let the reacted sample stand for too long after reagent is added, or accuracy will be lost.

After the reading, it is important to discard the sample immediately, otherwise the glass might become permanently stained.

Use HI-702-11 Calibration Check Set with HI-702.
