Zebrasoma xanthurum - T.B.
PRICE ON REQUEST.
Zebrasoma xanthurum, commonly known as the purple tang, is one of the most beautiful Zebrasoma. With his blue/purple base color with spots and stripes and a bright yellow tail, this fish is on a lot of peoples list. Unfortunately it can be very aggressive towards other fish, especially towards other other tangs and food competitors, so make sure you've a large tank with plenty of food to keep this fish calm.
Like other tangs, it will eat meaty foods, but it's important it can graze on algae/seaweed the entire day to ensure it will stay healthy. So feed flakes/pellets multiple times a day and make sure there is always seaweed available.
This fish is Tank Bred and will adapts to your aquarium easier compared to the wild caught specimens!
