The Bridge Between ProfiLux® and Versia® Pumps
The Versia® Controller connects your ProfiLux® aquarium computer to one or two Versia® Flow or Stream pumps, enabling full control and real-time monitoring through the GHL ecosystem.
The Versia®-Controller manages the communication between a ProfiLux® 4 Aquarium Controller and Versia® Flow and Versia® Stream pumps.
1 or 2 Versia® pumps can be connected to a Versia®-Controller in any combination, the controller is connected to the ProfiLux® via ProfiLux® Aquatic Bus (PAB).
The Versia®-Controller automatically detects the connected pumps and informs the ProfiLux® of the models found and their current status (everything OK or possible faults such as blockage, dry running or over-temperature) and sets the pumps to the speeds required by the ProfiLux.
The illuminated graphic display informs at a glance about:
- connected models
- actual speed
- actual status and temperature
Limitless Control Options
The ProfiLux® pump programs offer the broadest and most flexible control options for return and flow pumps in the industry.
You can easily operate a single pump at a constant speed or manage complex flow programs with up to 16 pumps. Tidal simulations, random flow patterns, and different programs throughout the day or during special activities (e.g., feeding, water changes, maintenance, thunderstorms) can all be effortlessly implemented with the sophisticated ProfiLux pump features. With a GHL® flow sensor, even the flow rate of a return pump can be precisely regulated and maintained.
Using the GHL® Connect App or the GHL® Control Center PC software, all settings can be adjusted quickly and intuitively.
Emergency Program
The Versia® Controller continuously monitors communication with the controlling ProfiLux® to ensure it remains active.
If communication is interrupted—for example, due to cable damage or a malfunction in the ProfiLux®—the Versia® Controller automatically initiates an autonomous emergency pump program. This feature ensures that the pumps continue operating even if the ProfiLux® is disconnected. The emergency pump program can be customized by the user, allowing settings for constant speed, wave patterns, and minimum/maximum speed.

To operate a Versia® pump effectively, both the Versia® Controller and a ProfiLux® 4 or 3 Aquarium Controller are required. Please note that these controllers are not included with the Versia® pump and must be purchased separately.
